polite staff higher floor quick access
the staff was very polite. we were upgraded to a higher floor. the location is near to taksim square for quick access to the port.
the hotel charged for room service deliveries without prior notice of the service charge, which increased the checkout bill

convenient location nice variety bosphorus view noise issues limescale iron limited selection
the hotel location is convenient.. it is close to taksim square. the breakfast had a nice variety of food. i especially liked the bosphorus view from the breakfast area.
my room had some noise issues late at night. it seemed to come from a live performer, and i could hear sounds from adjacent rooms. the provided iron was full of limescale, and the ironing board was old. the tea and coffee selection in the room was also quite limited.

the hotel ensured separate beds were arranged as i requested. they surprised my family with a birthday setup (a thoughtful touch!). the location allows easy walking to many attractions. the hotel maintains an elegant and cute atmosphere.
I noticed the spa had male staff who seemed to walk by frequently and kept turning their heads. This.
